By accessing or using the Invade Models website, applying for representation, or registering for Invade Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Application Submissions
By submitting an application to Invade Models, you warrant that all information, measurements, and images provided are accurate, unedited (as per our guidelines), and entirely your own. You retain ownership of your images, but you grant Invade Models the right to view, process, and store them for scouting purposes.
2. No Guarantee of Representation
Submission of an application does not guarantee representation, an interview, or any form of employment. Invade Models reserves the right to review, accept, or decline applications at our sole discretion without providing detailed feedback.
3. Invade Academy
Registration for Invade Academy bootcamps or workshops is subject to availability and the specific terms outlined at the time of booking. Payment of academy fees guarantees access to the training provided but does not guarantee subsequent agency representation by Invade Models or any other agency.
4. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, text, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Invade Models or its respective photographers/creators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Invade Models is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, participation in our academy, or the application process.
